The Minimum Order Value (MOV) with us remains GHs2,000 - this is the minimum amount that shoppers need to spend on our website to checkout successfully, and it could be made up of different products and not necessarily just one product. Deliberate policy to optimize our operations, whilst providing value to qualified users.

HOW MOV WORKS
If you have set the MOV as Ghs2,000 and a customer has added products worth GHs1,500 to the store cart, they will be notified to add products worth GHs500 more to check out successfully.
